From a young age, I've always been drawn to the transformative power of beauty - not just the outward glow, but the confidence and joy that come from feeling your best. What began as a simple fascination with makeup brushes, hair styling, and self-care slowly grew into a true passion for the artistry and connection behind it all. That passion led me to follow my heart and officially step into the beauty industry, where I found my purpose.

After graduating from Parisian Beauty Academy, my journey became so much more than learning techniques - it became about learning people. Every client who sits in my chair has a story, and it's an honor to be part of their moment of transformation. Whether it's a fresh haircut, a color that brings out their personality, or a style that makes them light up when they see themselves in the mirror - those are the moments that remind me why I fell in love with this industry.

At Casa Bella Beauty, my mission is to create an atmosphere where every person feels seen, valued, and beautiful in their own unique way. For me, it's not just about the service - it's about the experience. I take pride in the details, from the welcoming ambiance to the personalized consultations that ensure each guest leaves feeling renewed, radiant, and confident.

There's nothing quite like witnessing the happiness on my clients' faces - that spark in their eyes when they see their reflection and fall in love with themselves all over again. That's the kind of beauty that lasts, and that's what I strive to deliver every single day.

Charisma started as a student in makeup school in NYC which led her to enroll at Arrojo Cosmetology School where she found her true passion. After joining our team and our training program, it was clear that Charisma was a dedicated worker who was determined to succeed.

“I love putting a smile on my clients face and making them feel the best version of themselves” says Charisma. She’s a gifted and natural artist who is inspired by all of her surroundings. Her motivation is fueled by making her dreams into a reality and wanting to push herself to grow and evolve.

Those who know Charisma describe her as fun loving, hard working, precise, detail oriented, and incredibly diligent. She loves the support she receives from Derek Anthony as well as the entire team and enjoys how she is encouraged to grow, push through boundaries, and challenge herself. We can’t wait to see what is in store for her in her career and know she’s capable of anything she puts her mind to.

Carly’s attraction to the beauty industry came through her desire and passion for creativity. “I have always been passionate about helping others and working as a hair stylist has given me the chance to help clients feel confident,” says Carly.

Carly also loves the creative outlet that cutting and coloring hair has provided for her. Meeting different people and helping them achieve the looks they desire is an amazing experience that she loves on a daily basis. She finds inspiration in learning new skills and challenging herself to step outside of her comfort zone.

What does Carly love about the D. Anthony culture? She says, “working at D. Anthony has provided me with an opportunity to learn from all of the extremely dedicated stylists I work alongside of. I love working at D. Anthony because everyone shares the same passion and is dedicated to going above and beyond for each client.”
